Iran’s Military Headquarters Gives Stern Warning to Israeli Regime

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters warned Israel to expect a harsh response if it continues its acts of aggression on southern Lebanon.

In a statement issued on Tuesday evening, the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters said the terrorist army of the Zionist regime has violated the ceasefire in southern Lebanon 84 times in the past two days after the US president declared the end of the war.

The Israeli regime’s army continues to commit crimes and kill the oppressed people of Lebanon, it added.

“A warning is given that if the child-killing army of the Zionist regime does not end its evil acts in southern Lebanon, it should expect a harsh response from the powerful armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran,” the statement said.

The Tel Aviv regime escalated its deadly attacks on Lebanon in March, violating an existing ceasefire with Beirut and a subsequent Pakistan-mediated ceasefire agreement between Tehran and Washington that also encompassed Lebanon.

Iran has maintained that a ceasefire in Lebanon is inseparable from any final agreement with the United States.
