In a message released on Wednesday night, IRGC Commander Major General Mohammad Pakpour paid tribute to the martyrs that sacrificed themselves to fighting against the domestic mercenaries and armed terrorists during the recent violent riots in Iran.
He also praised the Iranian people for standing against the terrorists that had been trained and organized by the US and the Zionist regime and for the magnificent mass funeral of the martyrs on January 14.
Major General Pakpour warned the masterminds of the recent terrorist activities in Iran that the IRGC is at the pinnacle of preparedness to give a decisive response to any miscalculation by the enemies, their mercenaries in Iran, and the Daesh-style terrorists recruited by them.
The commander warned that the IRGC--by God’s grace, under the guidance of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, and thanks to the sacred unity of the Iranian nation—will foil the delusional plots of the rulers of the White House and Tel Aviv against Iran.
