Speaking at a cabinet meeting on Wednesday, Pezeshkian said Iran is facing an “all-out war in all dimensions,” while continuing dialogue and negotiations from a position of dignity and strength to secure the nation’s rights.

“At the same time, we are powerfully pursuing the program of resistance and resilience, and without a doubt, we will resist and will disappoint and frustrate the enemy,” he said.

Pezeshkian described preserving national unity and domestic cohesion as an essential prerequisite for overcoming the country’s adversaries. He stressed that creating hope and strengthening resilience depend on unity, convergence and empathy among all members of society.

The president also emphasized the need to strengthen and expand multilateral engagement with neighboring countries, saying Iran is negotiating with them to meet part of its existing needs.

“However, the main issue is relying on domestic capabilities, empathy and cooperation with one another,” Pezeshkian underlined.
