In a statement released on Monday, the General Staff said that despite official declarations by a number of regional countries that they would never allow their territory, airspace or coastal waters to be used by the US military against Iran, American forces continue to use the territory and airspace of those countries to launch attacks against Iran and some of its military sites, despite previous warnings.
The statement said Iran has demonstrated on the battlefield that, while respecting the national sovereignty of its neighbors, it “will never tolerate any kind of aggression” against the country and will respond much more forcefully.
It cited the Sunday night’s actions by the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) and the Iranian Army as an example of Iran having demonstrated this resolve in practice.
“The invading US military has no choice but to leave the region,” the General Staff said.
It warned countries facilitating US aggression against Iran that the country’s powerful Armed Forces, including the IRGC and the Army, would act “side by side” and strike decisively at the source of any aggression.
“We warn you: You have tested the strong resolve of our Armed Forces and our brave and resilient people many times. Do not test it again,” the General Staff warned the enemies.
