Baqaei told reporters that Munir will lead an official delegation during the visit, which is aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation between Iran and Pakistan and continuing Pakistan’s good offices in helping promote peace and security in the region.
The Pakistani army chief is scheduled to hold talks with senior Iranian officials during his visit, the spokesman said.
