The overnight attacks targeted the cities of Qeshm, Ahvaz, Abadan, Arvand Kenar, Kish, Kazeroun, Bushehr and Shadegan.
In the deadliest strike, a residential house in the Chah Tangu neighborhood of Qeshm Island was hit by an American missile.
Ahmad Nafisi, the deputy governor-general of Hormozgan Province, said search and debris removal operations had been completed, confirming that three members of a family—a father, a mother and one of their children—were martyred in the attack.
He added that the family's two other children were injured and transferred to a medical center for treatment.
Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences identified the child killed in the strike as a two-year-old, saying the injured children are seven and nine years old.
In Bushehr Province, Governor Mohammad Mozaffari said two American missiles struck two locations near the city of Choghadak at around 4:00 am.
He said emergency, police and security forces immediately rushed to the impact sites, adding that initial assessments showed the attack caused no casualties or injuries.
Meanwhile, the Fars Governor's Office announced that two locations in the counties of Kazeroun and Farashband came under attack by American projectiles before dawn.
According to the provincial authorities, one of the targets was a sports hall in Farashband. The attacks caused no casualties.
