Unknown armed men opened fire on a group of people at a picnic site in Injil district of Herat on Friday, leaving seven dead and injuring 13 others, according to the Ministry of Interior Affairs, Xinhua reported.
While a suspect has been arrested, no group or individual has claimed responsibility for the bloody shooting.
