On Friday, the IRGC issued a new statement regarding Operation True Promise 4, addressing the “noble people of West Asia region”.
The IRGC said, "The cowardly American and Zionist forces, who lack the courage and ability to defend their military bases, are attempting to use innocent people as human shields out of fear of the fire from Islamic fighters by leveraging civilian facilities."
The IRGC advised the people of the West Asian countries, "Since it is our duty to eliminate the terrorist forces of the US and the usurping (Zionist) regime, who recklessly kill Iranian civilians and assassinate individuals, wherever we find them, we recommend that you urgently leave the locations of the American forces to avoid any harm coming to you."
The US and the Israeli regime launched a large-scale unprovoked military campaign against Iran following the assassination of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, along with several senior military commanders and civilians on February 28.
The attacks have involved extensive aerial strikes on both military and civilian locations across Iran, causing significant casualties and widespread damage to infrastructure.
In response, the Iranian Armed Forces have carried out retaliatory operations, targeting American and Israeli positions in the occupied territories and at regional bases with waves of missiles and drones.
