Tel Aviv Hammered in New Wave of IRGC’s Combined Missile-Drone Strikes

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s IRGC initiated the 21st wave of its ‘True Promise 4’ operation in the early hours of Friday, conducting a combined missile and drone strike against targets in central Tel Aviv.

The attack, launched under the code "Ya Moaz al-Momenin", coincided with the birth anniversary of Imam Hassan al-Mujtaba (AS) and involved the deployment of Kheibar Shekan missiles, according to reports from Sepah News.

The operation began before dawn on Friday, with Iranian forces targeting key locations in occupied Tel Aviv using a mix of missiles and drones, including the Kheibar Shekan ballistic missiles.

Published footage and images reveal extensive destruction in the targeted areas, with the missiles causing significant damage to buildings in central Tel Aviv.

Videos circulating online show the Kheibar Shekan missiles splitting into multiple smaller warheads mid-flight, making it impossible for Israeli air defenses to intercept them. According to the footage, no defensive measures were taken by Israel’s air defense systems during the impact.

Israel’s Haaretz newspaper reported that the recent missile barrage caused widespread devastation to enemy targets in the heart of Tel Aviv.

The operation was conducted in the memory of the 175 children and teachers martyred in a US-Israeli airstrike on a girls’ school in Minab.

The attack occurred at dawn on February 28, as US and Israeli regime forces launched an "illegal and unprovoked war" against the country.

Iranian officials have condemned the strike as a deliberate act of genocide against civilians, vowing to hold those responsible accountable.

The tragedy has sparked widespread mourning across Iran, with public ceremonies and tributes held for the children by people.
