Local Palestinian sources confirmed the ongoing assaults by the occupying Zionist regime's army on multiple cities and regions in the West Bank.
According to published reports, troops from the Israeli regime entered the city of Nablus from the Hawara checkpoint and positioned themselves in the alleys of the old section of the city.
Reports indicate that the occupying soldiers simultaneously stormed the surroundings of the Al-Dheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem, where clashes erupted and Zionist troops extensively deployed tear gas.
Palestinian local sources reported that the occupying forces raided the cities of Jericho and Al-Issawiya in East Jerusalem al-Quds early this morning.
Palestinian local sources also reported raids by the Israeli regime's military into the city of Tubas in the West Bank.
Based on released reports, soldiers from the occupying Zionist regime conducted searches of Palestinian citizens' homes in Tubas.
News sources further reported an infantry assault by the Israeli regime's army on the Balata refugee camp east of Nablus.
Occupying troops from the Israeli regime continued their early morning raids today by attacking Deir Abzi' west of Ramallah and Tarqumiya west of Hebron.
During these assaults, a number of young Palestinians were detained in Nablus.
In yesterday's attack by Zionist occupying soldiers and settlers of the regime on the town of Talfit in Nablus district in the West Bank, 54 Palestinians were injured.
Palestinian sources reported clashes between Zionist soldiers and young Palestinians in this town.
In this regard, the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas issued a statement declaring that the savage attack by settlers and soldiers of the Zionist army on the village of Talfit south of Nablus and various areas of the West Bank, which involved property destruction, instilling terror among Palestinian citizens, and direct shooting at them leading to injuries among several Palestinians, is a criminal aggression and a continuation of organized terrorist actions managed by the Zionist government.
The statement added that the war criminal government of Benjamin Netanyahu is systematically implementing a policy of ethnic cleansing against the Palestinian people and, by giving free rein to armed settlers under army protection, is creating conditions for violent actions in cities, villages, and camps in the West Bank.
Hamas further called on the international community, the United Nations, the Arab League, and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to condemn the crimes of the occupying regime in the West Bank and to adopt deterrent measures against the projects of Judaization, forced displacement, and annexation pursued by the Zionist regime.
The movement also urged the Palestinian people in the West Bank and all groups and political factions to unite in confronting these policies, to activate all forms of struggle and resistance, and to affirm their right to end the occupation and establish an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem al-Quds as its capital.
Shifting to analytical perspectives, Foreign Policy magazine in an analytical article by Shira Efron, the Israel policy fellow at the RAND Corporation, warned that the West Bank may become the next flashpoint in the Middle East amid the rapid developments being advanced by Benjamin Netanyahu's government.
According to this analysis, while the region faces crises, the transformations in the West Bank have received less attention, where factors of political and security instability are accumulating.
Since October 7, 2023, coinciding with the start of the Gaza war, the military presence of the Zionist regime in the West Bank has increased, checkpoints have expanded, and operations, especially in refugee camps, have intensified.
Simultaneously, the process of settlement construction and the legalization of unauthorized outposts has accelerated, and settler violence has become an almost daily occurrence.
