Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi and his Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud held a telephone conversation on Wednesday as part of Iran’s ongoing diplomatic consultations.
The two foreign ministers reviewed the main points of the constructive talks between Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and exchanged views on regional and international developments.
Araqchi and bin Farhan cautioned against the serious repercussions of any increase in regional tensions on regional peace and stability, emphasizing the common responsibility of all countries in the region and the need for joint efforts to preserve security and stability across the region.
