WebSummit, a major global event encompassing technology, innovation, investment, and entrepreneurship, will be held from February 1-4, 2026, at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) in Doha, Qatar.
The WebSummit event will showcase a wide range of products, equipment, and innovative achievements across technological and startup sectors, according to a statement from the Presidency’s Office of Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy. The event’s core themes include artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, fintech and blockchain, smart cities and digital infrastructure, education and learning technologies, digital health and biomedical technologies, creative economy and content platforms, sustainability, clean and green energy, corporate innovation and entrepreneurship, digital services, and the future of trade.
The four-day (four-night stay) delegation trip will take place from January 31 to February 3, 2026. The program includes exhibition registration, accommodation, and specialized meetings as well as business-to-business (B2B) engagements.
Meanwhile, participation in the event is open to the public; however, companies seeking financial backing will need to possess a knowledge-based company certificate and have attained the required export ranking within Iran’s knowledge-based companies export club. Companies lacking the necessary certificate and ranking can request an expedited evaluation through the delegation secretariat.
Given limited financial capacity for support, priority will be given to those registering earlier.
Interested companies can register or obtain further information by visiting the WebSummit Qatar website and the main registration system for the corridor.
