“The players could not perform individually as there was too much pressure from Iran,” said Lee.
“We did not manage to find opportunities to score but the result did lead to a point,” he added.
Lee, however, was pleased with the performance of his backline.
“I am satisfied with our defense. They did their job and also created chances, which is important. But I would like to see a more fruitful outcome in the future,” said the 52-year-old former international.
