The Israeli drone struck the car at the entrance to the town on Friday, resulting in its destruction and the martyrdom of its passenger.
Meanwhile, Israeli assaults continue in villages across southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley. The Lebanese National News Agency reported that hostile drones have been flying extensively, silently, over the western and central sectors in the south, reaching areas north of Tyre and its surroundings.
Drones were also observed over Tafahta and nearby areas, as well as over Zrariyeh and Irzay, flying at very low altitudes, Al Mayadeen reported.
Since the ceasefire took effect on November 27, 2024, Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health has documented 331 martyrs and at least 945 wounded due to Israeli strikes, highlighting the continued violence despite the truce.
