Team Melli topped the standings with 143 points (3 gold, 1 silver, 2 bronze).
Iman Mohammadi (72kg), Gholamreza Farrokhi (87kg) and Fardin Hedayati (130kg) won three gold medals.
Sajjad Abbaspour (60kg) claimed a silver as well as two bronze medal won by Ahmad Reza Mohsennejad (67kg) and Abolfazl Mohmedi (82kg).
Ukraine finished second with 96 points (2 gold, 2 silver).
The Azerbaijan republic finished in third place with 93 points (2 gold, 1 bronze).
