Resistance Attack in Occupied Al-Quds Leaves Four Israelis Dead, Dozens Wounded

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – An armed operation targeting settlers at the Ramot junction in occupied Jerusalem (Al-Quds) killed at least four Israeli settlers and wounded over a dozen others, exposing once again the fragility of the Zionist regime’s security apparatus.

Hebrew media reported that two Palestinian gunmen carried out the attack at the Ramot settlement junction north of occupied Al-Quds on Monday.

The attackers opened fire at close range, striking settlers inside a bus and on the roadside, according to Israeli Channel 12.

Initial reports confirmed four Israelis killed, while up to 20 others sustained injuries, with at least six in critical condition.

Israeli emergency services acknowledged several cases of severe wounds, including three in serious condition.

Police of the occupying entity admitted both attackers were martyred at the scene, though their identities have not yet been released.

Images from the area showed a heavy deployment of occupation forces following the shooting, underscoring heightened fear across the settlement.

Analysts noted the operation comes just a day after a Yemeni drone strike hit Ramon Airport, further shaking the so-called security system of the Israeli regime.

Palestinian and Arabic media outlets emphasized that such resistance operations represent a direct response to ongoing crimes and aggression by the Zionist occupiers.

This latest strike was carried out as a retaliatory act against the genocidal campaign in Gaza.

Since dawn Monday, Israeli bombardments across Gaza have killed at least 21 Palestinians.

Overall, Israel’s war on Gaza since October 2023 has killed at least 64,368 people and left 162,776 others wounded.
