Iran was defeated against Japan 4-3 in penalty shootout after the two teams shared the spoils in a 0-0 draw.
China won the competition with a 2-1 win over Thailand in the final and secured its place at the 2024 Paralympic Games.
China, Thailand and Japan also qualified for the 2023 World Championships Birmingham.
The competition was held in Kochi, India from November 11 to 18.
