Mahdi Asadshir and Moslem Oladghobad made the scoreboard 3-0 in the first half.
Ahmad Abbasi scored his second goal in the second half and Hossein Tayebi scored Team Melli’s fifth goal.
Iran, headed by Vahid Shamsaei, seeks to win the title for the 13th time.
Iran has been drawn in Group C along with Lebanon, Chinese Taipei and Indonesia.
The National Team will meet Chinese Taipei and Lebanon on September 30 and October 2, respectively.
