In a message posted on its official X account on Tuesday, the authority said Sinokor vessels have committed the highest number of transit violations over the past three months, adding that appropriate enforcement measures have already been taken against at least seven of them.

The PGSA issued a warning to all cargo owners, stakeholders, and insurance service providers, stating that all vessels belonging to the South Korean shipping company would face legal action starting November 1.
