Israeli Occupiers Injure Two Palestinians in Attacks on West Bank Farmers

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said its teams in Ramallah treated the two Palestinians and transferred them to a hospital.

Meanwhile, Israeli occupiers launched another attack on the nearby town of Turmus Ayya, according to witnesses.

Earlier Friday, local sources told Anadolu that a group of Israeli occupiers attacked Palestinians harvesting olives in Turmus Ayya and assaulted several farmers.

The attackers also torched three Palestinian vehicles and targeted the outskirts of the town, the sources added.

Separately, the Palestinian Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission said Monday that it had documented 136 attacks linked to the olive harvest season by Israeli forces and occupiers since the beginning of October.

The commission said the attacks included beatings, forced expulsions, intimidation, gunfire, tear gas and arrests.

The incidents also involved the theft of olives and harvesting equipment, as well as damage to trees, inflicting financial losses on Palestinian farmers and restricting their access to agricultural land.

Attacks by Israeli forces and occupiers against Palestinians and their property across the occupied West Bank, including East Al-Quds, have intensified since Israel launched its genocidal war on Gaza in October 2023.
