Israeli Forces Wound 4 Palestinians in Gaza Despite Ceasefire

Medical sources told Anadolu that an Israeli drone strike targeted a Palestinian walking past a café in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood of northern Gaza City.

Witnesses said the attack severed one of the victim’s limbs, leaving the Palestinian in critical condition.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army carried out extensive demolitions and detonations in eastern Gaza City, with explosions heard across several parts of the Gaza Strip.

In southern Gaza, Israeli warships fired more than 40 times along the coast of Rafah intermittently over approximately two hours, according to witnesses.

The naval attacks coincided with unusually heavy gunfire from Israeli military vehicles and helicopters in the area, although no casualties were reported.

Separately, Israeli military vehicles increased their activity in southern Khan Younis, with occupation forces firing toward tents sheltering displaced Palestinians.

The latest attacks came amid continued Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement, which has failed to halt the Israeli regime’s attacks on Palestinians in Gaza.

According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, Israeli ceasefire violations had killed 1,505 Palestinians and wounded 5,332 others as of Thursday.

Since October 2023, Israel’s US-backed military offensive on Gaza has killed more than 74,000 Palestinians and wounded over 175,000 others, according to the ministry.

The offensive has also destroyed 90% of Gaza’s infrastructure, compounding the devastation inflicted on the Palestinian territory amid the ongoing genocide in Gaza.
