Osama Ahmed Abed’s death brings the number of Palestinians killed in Gaza since Israel launched its war on October 7, 2023, to 74,382, according to Wafa news agency.

Meanwhile, an Israeli airstrike targeting a vehicle in the Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City, killed one Palestinian and wounded several others, emergency services told reporters on the ground.

Separately, Israeli occupation forces killed five Palestinians in Gaza over the past 48 hours, claiming that they belonged to Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ).
