New War on Iran to Engulf Region in Flames, Top General Warns

In a message released on Monday, Major General Ali Abdollahi said reports indicate that the US and Israeli leadership may be seeking to launch another war of aggression against Iran by reviving claims about an Iranian effort to develop nuclear weapons.

The commander said the Iranian nation would not yield to pressure or aggression, emphasizing its determination to resist the attempts to impose war on the country.

Major General Abdollahi said the Zionist regime has already suffered the consequences of its previous wars against Iran and warned that another miscalculation would bring a powerful response from Iran.

“We are confident that the vicious Zionist regime has neither now nor at any other time had, or will have, the ability to confront a powerful Iran,” he said, warning that another war of aggression would be met with a forceful response.

The top Iranian general also warned the US that Iran would respond directly and without limitation to any US action against the Islamic Republic, whether before or after the US congressional elections.

“If the US… itself, or at the instigation of the child-killing Zionist regime, takes action against the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Iranian Armed Forces will immediately and forcefully target US interests without limitation in a painful manner,” General Abdollahi warned.

Addressing regional countries hosting the US forces, the commander said the American military presence is a major source of insecurity and economic problems in the region and warned them against allowing their territories to be used in a new conflict with Iran.

“Be aware that if a new war against Iran begins, its flames will engulf everyone,” Major General Abdollahi cautioned.

He also rejected Israeli claims that Iran’s nuclear program has entered a military phase, calling such allegations an attempt to portray Iran as a threat and saying they are particularly unacceptable coming from a criminal regime possessing hundreds of nuclear warheads.

Major General Abdollahi further warned international organizations, particularly the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), against making unfounded statements about Iran’s nuclear facilities.

He concluded by stressing that Iran is “stronger than ever” and fully prepared to confront any threat at any level, expressing confidence in divine assistance.
