Speaking at a gathering in Tehran, Brigadier General Esmaeil Qaani said Hezbollah fighters had targeted 20 Israeli enemy tanks in a single night at a village in Lebanon.
He stressed that Hezbollah has maintained its resistance despite the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Sayyed Hashem Safieddine, and nearly all of the movement’s first-tier commanders.
General Qaani said Hezbollah’s “heroic brothers” and the new generation of fighters dispatched by the resistance movement have continued fighting in a manner that resulted in 373 Israeli tanks and armored personnel carriers coming under attack during this period.
He added that at least one-third of the targeted tanks have been destroyed, while another third has sustained damage and been forced out of the battlefield.
“The fighters of the new generation of Hezbollah will not let Israel off,” General Qaani stressed.
