Addressing an event on Sunday, Major General Abdollahi said the enemy is currently engaged in “an all-out hybrid, soft and cognitive war” against Iran.

He said the Americans had not heard a “no” from any country for more than 80 years and had wrongly expected the Iranian nation to surrender before launching their war of aggression against Iran.

“That illusion will never come true,” he stressed.

The general said the US and Israeli enemies are seeking to make up for their strategic gaps and failures through soft and cognitive warfare and economic pressure. However, he said, they would fail in this arena as well thanks to the courage of the Iranian people and the wisdom of the country’s officials.

The senior commander said Iran’s Armed Forces have been able to confront the US and Israeli aggressors asymmetrically and maintain the initiative in the face of threats.

The Islamic Republic has presented the world with a new model of resistance, the top general stated, adding, “By God’s grace, the future world will be different from the past, a difference that will benefit the Iranian nation and be accompanied by the definite decline of US power.”
