A report by Lebanese Al Mayadeen TV said Lebanese resistance fighters spotted an Israeli regime military vehicle climbing toward the Ali al-Taher Heights at around 1 a.m. local time on Wednesday.

The report added that Hezbollah fighters launched several FPV drones toward the vehicle after it reached the area, with one drone striking it directly and putting it out of service.

Meanwhile, the Israeli regime military claimed that Hezbollah had launched two suicide drones toward Israeli regime soldiers positioned in the Ali al-Taher Heights.

The Rased news network also reported that the Israeli regime military shelled the Ali al-Taher Heights with artillery.

In a separate development, the Israeli regime military carried out artillery and airstrikes against the southern Lebanese towns of Al-Mansouri, Zawtar al-Sharqiya and Arabsalim.

At the same time, Israeli regime military drones flew over Beirut’s southern Dahiyeh area, the city of Beirut and the coastline stretching from Ramlieh to Khaldeh.

The fighting in southern Lebanon has continued despite a so-called ceasefire between Lebanon and the Israeli regime.

Israeli regime forces have continued bombing villages and towns in southern Lebanon while carrying out widespread destruction of homes and public facilities.

In response, Hezbollah has continued confronting Israeli regime violations of the ceasefire with fire, killing or wounding a number of Israeli regime soldiers and destroying Israeli regime military equipment, according to the report.

The latest attacks come amid continued Israeli regime military incursions into southern Lebanon.

Thousands of Lebanese civilians — including hundreds of children, women and first responders — have been killed since March in Israeli regime military attacks despite its claims of only targeting Hezbollah personnel and infrastructure.
