Israeli Attacks Target Multiple Areas in Gaza

Israeli tanks heavily shelled areas north of Rafah in southern Gaza, while artillery hit northeastern Gaza City. Israeli warships also fired on the Gaza City coastline, Al Mayadeen reported.

Earlier on Thursday, two people were wounded when Israeli forces opened fire inside the Halawa displacement camp in Jabalia, northern Gaza. An Israeli quadcopter drone near al-Mahatta Mosque in the al-Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City, wounded a child. Israeli artillery also struck the Jabalia refugee camp earlier on Thursday.

In Khan Younis, southern Gaza, a Palestinian was martyred after succumbing to wounds sustained in an earlier Israeli attack on the al-Buraq area, west of the city.

Gaza's Government Media Office revealed on Thursday that the Israeli regime has committed more than 4,091 ceasefire violations over the past 300 days, killing over 1,254 Palestinians, wounding 4,121 others, and detaining 159 people.

The office said the Israeli regime has continued blocking food and humanitarian aid from entering Gaza throughout this period, while tightly restricting Palestinian movement in and out of the Strip.

At least 300 children have been killed in the Gaza Strip during the 300 days since a ceasefire was announced last October, UNICEF said on Thursday, warning that continued Israeli aggression and dire humanitarian conditions are placing children at severe risk.
