Araqchi Holds Intensive Talks on Lebanon, Ceasefire Developments

In separate telephone calls, Araqchi discussed regional developments and ceasefire-related processes with Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar and Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Asim Munir.

As part of Iran’s ongoing diplomatic consultations on Monday, Araqchi also spoke with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani about the latest situation in Lebanon in light of the Israeli regime’s aggressive attacks and the consequences of those actions.

In another phone conversation, Araqchi and his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan exchanged views on the latest regional developments resulting from the Israeli regime’s attacks on Lebanon.

The Iranian foreign minister also held talks with French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot on Monday evening, discussing recent regional developments, the Zionist regime’s aggression against Lebanon, and the repercussions of those actions.

In a separate conversation with Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Maxime Prévot, Araqchi reviewed bilateral issues, the latest developments in West Asia, and ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at preventing further escalation and bringing an end to the US-Israeli imposed war against Iran.

The talks formed part of Iran’s intensive diplomatic outreach with regional and international partners amid growing concerns over the consequences of Israeli military actions in Lebanon and efforts to preserve the ceasefire and regional stability.
