The two senior Iranian officials arrived in Doha amid intensified diplomatic efforts in recent weeks, mediated by Pakistan, to halt the US-Israeli military aggression against Iran and promote regional security.

Earlier reports also said Central Bank of Iran Governor Abdolnasser Hemmati had traveled to Qatar as well.
