In an interview with Tasnim News Agency, Sadeghi, explained the damages inflicted on schools in the capital amid the recent treacherous aggressions by America and the child-killing Zionist regime.

“Several schools in various districts of Tehran have sustained damage, with varying degrees of severity,” He stated regarding the affected schools in the capital, adding, “In District 6 of Tehran, Allameh Helli 5 School has suffered extremely serious damage. Also in District 7, Shahid Hemdani Elementary School has sustained relatively severe damage.”

The Head of the Information Center of the Ministry of Education continued that Schools in Districts 12 and 7 of Tehran have also been damaged, though to a lesser extent. However, schools in District 6 and District 7 require fundamental reconstruction, and it is even possible that Allameh Helli School in District 6 will remain out of use for some time.

He added that in the aggressions by the American-Zionist enemy, the city of Tehran has also had student martyrs, both inside and outside of the schools’ premises across the country.

These incidents are part of the broader series of barbaric and humanitarian law-violating assaults by the criminal United States and the usurping Zionist regime against the innocent people of Iran, including targeting civilian areas, residential neighborhoods, and educational centers — acts that demonstrate once again the depth of their enmity toward the oppressed children and future-builders of the Islamic Republic. 

The Ministry of Education, while condemning these heinous crimes, is pursuing accelerated reconstruction efforts under the government's full support, to ensure the continuation of education for the resilient children of Iran despite the enemy's malice.
