In a post on his X account on Thursday, Qalibaf said the US military commanders have failed to provide reports about the increasing number of precise and effective Iranian strikes and the painful damage inflicted on the American forces.
The US officials are telling the American representatives that they have no exit plan, while in the media they are engaging in exaggeration in order to manage the markets, Qalibaf said.
He stressed that Iran will not release the aggressor from its grip until punishment is carried out.
The remarks came amid a deadly military campaign launched by the United States and Zionist regime against Iran following the assassination of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei as well as senior military commanders and civilians.
The campaign has involved extensive strikes that have targeted military and civilian areas, resulting in significant casualties and damage.
The Iranian Armed Forces have carried out harsh retaliatory strikes, hitting the US and Israeli targets in the occupied territories and the regional countries with a barrage of missiles and drones.
