Iran’s Larijani Rules Out Any Talks with US

Following reports in Western media regarding Tehran’s request for talks with Washington, Larijani emphasized that Iran will not hold any negotiations with the United States.
Early on Monday, the Wall Street Journal had claimed that Larijani had sent his plans on resuming talks with US to the Omani side.
While indirect nuclear negotiations between Tehran and Washington, mediated by Oman, were underway, the US and Israeli regime launched strikes on Iran starting Saturday morning, February 28.
The latest round of talks, held in Geneva on Thursday, concluded with both sides acknowledging “significant progress”—a diplomatic effort now overshadowed by intensified military actions.
In response to the US-Israeli aggression, which has led to the martyrdom of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, a number of senior military commanders and hundreds of civilians, Iran has launched Operation True Promise 4, carrying out massive missile and drone attacks on Israeli targets and US bases in the region.
