Speaking to Al Jazeera, Shamkhani emphasized that Iran’s missile systems remain a red line and are not open to negotiation.

In response to threats from Israel against Iran, he asserted that the Zionist regime cannot act without direct support from Washington.

“We will respond strongly, decisively, and appropriately to any adventurism against Iran,” Shamkhani reiterated, noting that Iran’s military readiness is at a high level, warning that any miscalculation by any party would come at a significant cost.

Shamkhani stressed that avoiding actions that could destabilize regional security and stability is the rational and logical path for all parties involved.

Shamkhani added that if negotiations are realistic and free from excessive demands, they could progress positively and serve the interests of all parties, stressing that diplomatic efforts in the region aim to strengthen political solutions and reduce tensions.

He concluded by stating that the regional security situation has grown more complex, necessitating special mechanisms for coordination.
