Yahya Saree, spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, announced that the army’s drone unit executed a successful operation against Lod Airport (Ben Gurion Airport) in the occupied Yafa area.

He said the operation involved two drones of the “Yafa” type and that the predetermined target was struck successfully.

“The operation was carried out while pilgrims are preparing for the Day of Arafah and reciting Takbir,” the statement read.

“Meanwhile, the blood of our brothers in Gaza continues to flow, without any real support from the Islamic Ummah, despite its ability to end this unprecedented crime.”

 “By the grace of God, Yemen will continue to fulfill its religious, moral, and humanitarian duty toward the oppressed Palestinian people,” saree added.

He urged other nations and peoples in the Islamic world to also take responsibility, warning against complacency, negligence, and dependence.

The statement concluded that Yemen’s operations against the “criminal Zionist regime” would persist until the aggression against Gaza stops and the blockade is lifted.
