Team Melli has been drawn in Pool A of the Men’s Olympic Tournament with US, France and OQT Victoria winner (Canada, China, Czech Republic, Greece, Turkey, Uruguay).

Iran is scheduled to meet OQT Victoria winner on July 25 at the Saitama Super Arena, Tokyo.

The men's basketball tournament at the 2020 Summer Olympics will be held from July 25 to August 7, 2021.
