The Serbian coach has signed a five-month contract with the Iranian team.

“Milos Pejic has been selected among two candidates. He will lead the team until the end of the 2014 FIBA Asia Under-18 Championship. After the tournament, we will decide on his future,” head of Iran’s Basketball Federation Mahmoud Mashhoon said.

The 2014 FIBA Asia Under-18 Championship is the 23rd edition of the FIBA Asia's youth championship for basketball. The games will be held at Doha, Qatar from August 19 to 28.
