Army Chief Orders 'No Quarter' if Enemy Launches Ground Assault on Iran

In an online address from one of the Army’s command and control centers on Thursday, Major General Hatami spoke to commanders of the Iranian Army’s ground, air defense, air, and naval forces across the country.

He said the Iranian Army is fully prepared in both offensive and defensive domains to confront any hostile action by adversaries.

Hatami instructed commanders to monitor enemy movements and actions with maximum vigilance, analyzing them moment by moment, and to implement countermeasures against enemy assaults at the appropriate time.

The commander emphasized that in the event of a ground offensive by the enemy, “not a single individual should survive,” reflecting a ‘no quarter’ stance toward aggressors.

The Army chief highlighted Iran’s strategic aim, stating that the specter of war must be lifted from the country and security ensured for all citizens. He underlined that no area should remain unsafe while Iranians live in insecurity, and vowed that adversaries would not be allowed to achieve their objectives.

Major General Hatami further criticized the reckless statements of the US president regarding a supposed post-war reshaping of Iran. He said these remarks confirm the true intentions of the US-Israeli adversaries to erase Iran’s name and existence.

He added that, in view of the people’s resolve and awareness of these hostile plans, all efforts under the guiding principle of “All for Iran” must continue until definitive victory is achieved, with the Army prepared to confront the aggressors with full force.

The US and the Israeli regime launched a large-scale unprovoked military campaign against Iran following the assassination of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, along with several senior military commanders and civilians on February 28.

The attacks have involved extensive aerial strikes on both military and civilian locations across Iran, causing significant casualties and widespread damage to infrastructure.

In response, the Iranian Armed Forces have carried out retaliatory operations, targeting American and Israeli positions in the occupied territories and at regional bases with waves of missiles and drones.
