In a post on X, Mousavi outlined the continued retaliatory actions against targets associated with the United States and the Zionist regime in the region. He framed the operations as retribution for attacks on Iranian infrastructure, emphasizing the scale and impact of the strikes.
“Retribution for the aggression against Iran’s infrastructure is being carried out through the destruction of strategic industries linked to the American–Zionist enemy in the region,” the commander said.
“So far; the chemical industries of Ne'ot Hovav in the occupied territories, one refinery, two steel complexes, and two mega aluminum complexes have been destroyed, and these painful attacks will continue until we see the pain in your eyes,” the IRGC general told the Israeli and US enemies.
The US and the Israeli regime launched a large-scale unprovoked military campaign against Iran following the assassination of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, along with several senior military commanders and civilians on February 28.
The attacks have involved extensive aerial strikes on both military and civilian locations across Iran, causing significant casualties and widespread damage to infrastructure.
In response, the Iranian Armed Forces have carried out retaliatory operations, targeting American and Israeli positions in the occupied territories and at regional bases with waves of missiles and drones.
