The IRGC announced in the wee hours of March 24 that it has carried out the 78th wave of retaliatory strikes during the Operation True Promise 4 against the American and Zionist enemies.

The IRGC said in a statement that the operation was dedicated to the noble people of the eastern strip of Iran, which includes the brave provinces of North Khorasan, Khorasan Razavi, South Khorasan, and Sistan and Baluchestan.

In the most recent wave, precise strikes were carried out on Israeli targets in Eilat, Dimona, and northern Tel Aviv, as well as on a number of bases of the US terrorist army in the region, using the pinpoint strike capabilities of the Emad and Qadr multiwarhead missiles, alongside combat drones.

The IRGC noted that it conducts “impact-centered operations” to deal with the “despicable and child-killing aggressors”.

It added that the majority of the combat units of the IRGC and the Basij forces have not yet entered the battlefield, warning that their involvement, if necessary, would sharpen the fight and make the battlefield unavoidable for the enemies.

The statement also noted that the enemies' plots to compensate for their failures and alter the equations of war in the coming hours are not hidden from the eyes of the IRGC.

A severe blow from Iran will swiftly descend upon those who command, execute, and follow any level of aggression and crime, it warned.

The US and the Israeli regime launched a large-scale unprovoked military campaign against Iran following the assassination of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, along with several senior military commanders and civilians on February 28.

The attacks have involved extensive aerial strikes on both military and civilian locations across Iran, causing significant casualties and widespread damage to infrastructure.

In response, the Iranian Armed Forces have carried out retaliatory operations, targeting American and Israeli positions in the occupied territories and at regional bases with waves of missiles and drones.
