Despite the extensive censorship regarding the realities of the war in Israel—an issue that has even prompted protests from journalists of European media, including the BBC—the letter released by Israel’s Home Front Command last night reveals that these conflicts have progressed into a new stage.
Recently, there was limited news published in Hebrew sources referencing stone-throwing incidents directed at Israeli soldiers by some residents of the occupied territories. However, despite the significance of this news, the military censorship authority in the Israeli regime did not permit the dissemination of further information on the matter.
Israelis hoped to neutralize this new phase in the occupied territories at its initial stage, but as the situation escalated, the section known as the Home Front Command issued a public letter and, with very subtle and implicit references to the situation, effectively threatened a segment of the residents in the occupied territories.
The Home Front of the Israeli regime has said that when security forces act to maintain public order and enforce the law, a group of residents in Israel attempt to target the forces, including soldiers of the Israeli army, police forces, and other institutions.
The US and the Zionist regime launched a large-scale unprovoked military campaign against Iran following the assassination of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, along with several senior military commanders and civilians on February 28.
The attacks have involved extensive aerial strikes on both military and civilian locations across Iran, causing significant casualties and widespread damage to infrastructure.
In response, the Iranian Armed Forces have carried out retaliatory operations, targeting American and Israeli positions in the occupied territories and at regional bases with waves of missiles and drones.
