Iran’s new ambassadors to Nicaragua and Ghana separately met meetings with Foreign Minister Araqchi in Tehran on Tuesday.

The foreign minister called on the envoys to push for the enhancement of trade relations and closer cooperation with Managua and Accra in the political, economic, and cultural fields.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has stressed his administration’s policy of friendly interaction with other nations across the world.

In an address to the 79th annual session of the United Nations General Assembly in September 2024, Pezeshkian said that in order to build a better future world, Iran stands prepared to foster meaningful economic, social, political, and security partnerships with global powers and its neighbors based on equal footing.
