Iran has been drawn in Group A along with USA, Croatia and Egypt.

The team will face giant USA on June 27 at the Heraklion Arena.

The Iranian team will also play Egypt and Croatia on June 28 and June 30, respectively.

The tournament will be played in Heraklion (Crete), Greece from June 27 to July 5.

The 16 teams from across FIBA’s five regions - Africa, Americas, Asia, Europe and Oceania - were divided into four groups of four teams for the Group Phase, played in a standard round-robin format.
